The Role

Technical Design Lead (Bioenergy) - Dubai, UAE - Our client is a leading multinational logistics company, specialising in cargo logistics, port terminal operations, maritime services, and free trade zones. They have secured a large Bioenergy project that will produce fuel for their cargo ships and are looking for a talented Technical Design Lead to join the team. - As the Technical Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design aspects of the Bioenergy project. Working as the client-side representative, you will lead design review processes, ensure project requirements are met, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of design deliverables. You will also provide technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team throughout the design phase.



Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. - 10-15 years' experience in Bioenergy projects, with a strong focus on design and design review. - Proven track record of leading detailed design processes and coordinating with design consultants and contractors. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in client-facing roles. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
