overseeing all aspects of design submittals, reviews & approvals, to ensure compliance with contract requirements, & reporting deviations when necessary.
submitting shop drawings, material submissions, and sample tags to consultants in accordance with project specifications.
scheduling, coordinating and managing all design technical meetings with other departments.
managing multiple vendors and contractors to ensure timely submissions of drawings, materials etc. aligning with their scope requirementsand obtaining consultants approvals prior to commencing site works.
coordinating with vendors and contractors to develop shop drawings that match consultant drawings, BOQ, and approved materials and submitting them for approvals.
prepare and review Method statement.
