across the UAE.

We are seeking a

Technical Supervisor

who will coordinate and oversee project operations across various construction sites, ensuring seamless communication between the IT and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Provide in-depth technical knowledge and guidance to solve complex problems, analyze technical issues, and develop innovative solutions. Supervise and coordinate technical activities across multiple construction project sites. Act as a bridge between IT and construction departments to ensure smooth project delivery. Plan, monitor, and control project progress and technical operations. Conduct regular site visits, including remote locations across the UAE. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical challenges efficiently. Maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

IT Engineering

or

Civil Engineering

(or equivalent). Proven

UAE experience

in project coordination involving IT and construction environments. Strong

technical expertise

with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Computer literate

and well-versed with project management tools.

Valid UAE driving license

is

mandatory

. Must be willing to travel frequently to remote project sites across the UAE.

Young, energetic, and proactive

individual capable of handling multiple project demands. Should be able to converse in Hindi and English language.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Sound knowledge of UAE work culture, construction procedures, and field coordination. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE and

available to join immediately.

UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
