Job Description

Technical oversight:

Ensure all construction work aligns with technical designs, engineering reports, and project plans.

Quality control:

Implement and enforce technical standards and processes to ensure the quality of construction work meets industry requirements.

Documentation management:

Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including blueprints, shop drawings, and method statements.

Team and stakeholder management:

Lead technical teams, and serve as a key contact for stakeholders and consultants regarding technical issues.

Compliance and safety:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and drive a culture of health and safety in design and execution.

Project coordination:

Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure technical requirements are met within budget and on schedule.

Continuous improvement:

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency within the technical aspects of the projec
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Contracting /Construction : 4 years (Preferred)
