Job Description

Elevator Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and organized Technical Coordinator to support our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will coordinate technical documentation, manage communication between departments, and assist in project scheduling and technical documentation to ensure timely execution and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :



Coordinate technical information and documentation between site, office, suppliers, and consultants. Prepare and review method statements, technical submittals, and material approvals. Assist in preparing project schedules and monitor progress. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical clarifications. Maintain records of shop drawings, approvals, and revisions. Support project engineers in preparing installation plans and site reports. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and project requirements. Participate in site coordination meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meetings).

Requirements :



Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
