Mandiant is seeking a Technical Contracts Manager who can support the delivery of a large-scale cyber security transformation program. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate past performance delivering programs at scale. They must be able to plan and execute a complex program to tight deadlines, particularly sequencing the timely delivery of hardware and software to multiple client sites. Key to success will be the oversight and robust management of suppliers and sub-contractors. Please note that this is a contract role. Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to governance arrangements for the oversight and management of all partners and sub-contractors;
  • Work with the Project Manager to develop a detailed schedule for the procurement of software and hardware solutions;
  • Attend the internal Mandiant Project Working Group, and ensure minutes and an Action Grid are produced, and that risks are raised to the Mandiant Project Steering Group;
  • Through your expert-level understanding of the design and build of the client’s Cyber Security Operations Centre(s), determine the delivery timelines for all hardware and software solutions;
  • Support the Mandiant contracts team with the development of contractual agreements for all partners and sub-contractors;
  • Build positive and robust arrangements with all partners and sub-contractors;
  • Facilitate site surveys for all relevant parties, ensuring that all enabling infrastructure is in place at the client sites;
  • Quickly troubleshoot any procurement and deployment or integration issues;
  • Escalate any risks to the Project Manager as soon as necessary;
  • Ensure that all required integrations between the technologies are in place;
  • Secure the client’s sign off on all technology deployments;
  • Ensure that all through life management plans, support needs, and licensing terms for SOC technologies are synchronized and in accordance with the client’s requirements’;
  • Coordinate between multiple external and government agencies in the supervision and execution of essential support activities.
  • Manage client relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met;
  • Maintain regular contact with the client and generate reports for the PM on project progress and accomplishments.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience leading complex cybersecurity / IT programs and initiatives;
  • Expert-level skills utilizing program and project management tools and techniques;
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Arabic and English;
  • Knowledge and experience of working on projects and programs relating to the design and build of Cyber Security Operations Centres;
  • An understanding of typical SOC infrastructure, architecture, and other enabling requirements;
  • Subject matter expertise in a modern SOC technology stack, and the optimal sequencing of deployments to include: SIEM; Firewalls; Vulnerability Management tools; Threat Intelligence Platforms and Feeds; Network, Endpoint and Email security products; other miscellaneous security and supporting technologies;
  • Experience scheduling site surveys, and the procurement and deployment of technologies;
  • Demonstrable evidence of robust management of vendors and suppliers;
  • Strong financial and order management skills;
  • Ability to convey results clearly in formal technical reports and deliver briefings
  • Strong organizational skills

Additional Information
  • Ability to travel extensively to Jordan
  • Native Arabic and fluency in English (written and oral);
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is desirable;
  • Experience, understanding of, and interest in security operations a plus;
  • Reliable team player who is capable of working effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented;
  • Ability to successfully interface with C-suite level clients (internal and external);
  • Ability to document and explain technical details in a concise, understandable manner;
  • Ability to manage and balance own time among multiple tasks, and lead junior staff when required;
  • Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana or other modern project management tools;
  • Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
