Position Title: Technical Content WriterAbout the Role

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to join our Marketing & Communications team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT concepts, and a passion for creating impactful marketing content that bridges technical expertise with creative storytelling. You will play a vital role in developing marketing collaterals such as brochures, datasheets, solution overviews, and presentations that clearly communicate complex products and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, datasheets, case studies, and product presentations.

Translate complex technical and software concepts into clear, engaging, and persuasive content.

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to gather insights and define key messaging.

Write compelling narratives that showcase client challenges, solution approaches, and business impact.

Ensure all materials reflect the company's brand tone, visual identity, and strategic direction.

Support marketing campaigns, bids, and proposals with tailored technical content.

Maintain an updated library of marketing and product documentation.

Research competitors and market trends to refine messaging and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or Marketing.

3-5 years of experience in technical writing, marketing communications, or product content creation.

Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT concepts.

Proven ability to develop professional marketing collaterals for technology or digital products.

Exceptional English writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to present complex topics in a simple, audience-friendly manner.

Familiarity with IT, SaaS, EdTech, or digital transformation industries.

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Canva.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
