Job Description

We are hiring a Technical Consultant to support and oversee key HR projects, including ERP implementation, AI-driven automation, and the digital transformation of HR services.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solid background in HR projects, especially automation and AI tools Ability to manage and supervise automation and AI initiatives Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) Strong understanding of HR workflows and technology integration
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise AI and automation projects within the HR department Ensure alignment between HR operations and ERP configurations Collaborate with HR and technical teams to implement effective solutions Track project progress, manage risks, and report updates to management
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
