In the role of Technical Business Development Manager (BDM) at Liquidity.net, you will assume a pivotal position responsible for defining internal processes and procedures throughout the entire sales and onboarding cycle. This includes the crucial aspects of team building, project management, and the exploration of potential business opportunities. Your role will involve close collaboration with management to propel projects and business initiatives, forge partnerships with external entities, and identify business development prospects for both existing and new clients. A fundamental requirement for success in this role is developing a robust understanding of how a bridge, trading platform, and liquidity providers.

The ideal candidate will showcase a proven track record in successful project delivery, adept management of teams, and the cultivation of enduring relationships, all grounded in a comprehensive understanding of our products and the intricacies of the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities through established networks.
  • Efficiently drive client communication, and project execution aligned with business priorities, collaborate with management on unique selling points, and seamlessly generate new business opportunities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services and client setups.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external introducers and partners.
  • Foster and sustain robust client relationships.
  • Strategically leverage external resources to propel projects forward when necessary.
  • Deep Understanding of real-time risk management processes, including dynamic client risk profiling and trading behavior analysis.
  • Manage the connectivity hub, situated on top co-located sites for low-latency cross-connectivity with LPs.
  • Oversee the Ultra-low latency aggregation engine, ensuring high-performance connectivity, order routing, and execution for price stability
  • Implement these technology solutions for Investment Firms operating with Metatrader 4, Metatrader 5, and FIX-compliant trading platforms.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of proven work experience in Business Development and FINTECH sales focusing on B2B business.
  • Essential previous experience in the global FOREX trading industry, with a vast understanding of the trading industry.
  • Proven ability to independently drive business expansion and generate new business, setting clear KPIs and achieving predefined targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
  • Experience with various bridge providers, including PrimeXM, OneZero, Centroid, etc.
  • Have knowledge of Metatrader platforms and a deep understanding of FX business needs.
