The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the construction industry, particularly within Dubai, and demonstrate a strong understanding of technical documentation and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project execution and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including agreements, civil, structural, and MEP specifications, and contract documents.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project progression.
Maintain up-to-date records of project developments and modifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Dubai's construction industry.
Proficient in drafting and managing technical documents related to construction projects.
Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
