JOB OBJECTIVE Mission Debriefing System (MDS) is delivered to End User in 2022 and will enter support phase in 1 January 2023. The Technical Assistant will be permanently posted in an Air Base to support the installed MDS stations in terms of IT and Networks as well as operational utilisation.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

IT / Networks Support (installation, software updates, troubleshooting)

Support to operation of the system

Manage relations with End-User

Technical liaison to BL in France

Listens to customer's needs and report to Program Manager

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in similar contexts:

IT systems

Networking (Ethernet / The Green Box / CISCO)

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Networks certifications

PREFERRED SKILLS

English mandatory

Arabic / French is a plus

Communication (written and verbal skills)
