Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair home appliances.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan.
Installation: Assist with the installation of new home appliances, ensuring proper setup and customer guidance.
Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with customers, explaining technical issues and providing accurate repair or maintenance estimates.
Parts Management: Identify, order, and replace necessary parts. Maintain a stock of commonly used parts and tools.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards while repairing and handling electrical and gas appliances to prevent accidents or damage.
Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of service calls, repairs, parts used, and customer feedback. Submit service reports to management.
Customer Education: Provide guidance on the proper use and care of appliances to prevent future problems.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in appliance repair
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the mechanics and electrical systems of home appliances. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to address a variety of appliance issues.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy appliances and work in confined spaces as needed.
Driver's License: Valid UAE driver's license.
