Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement architectural designs for large-scale projects.
Lead the technical design process and provide guidance to engineering teams.
Prepare technical drawings, BOQ, specifications, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
Perform site visits, inspections, and provide technical support during execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and propose optimal solutions.
Review contractor submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Engineering or related field.
7-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, and other design software.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
