Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Architect

with a strong background in construction to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with 5-8 years of professional experience in architecture, technical detailing, and construction documentation. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and CAD, has a deep understanding of building systems, and is capable of leading technical aspects of projects from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate

detailed architectural drawings

, including construction documents, specifications, and technical details. Work closely with project stakeholders, including engineers, consultants, and contractors, to ensure accurate integration of all design aspects. Conduct

site visits

to verify construction progress and ensure adherence to design intent and standards. Provide

technical guidance

and quality control throughout project phases. Support project managers in

resolving construction issues

and adapting drawings based on site conditions or regulatory updates. Stay updated on

building codes, materials, and construction techniques

relevant to local and international standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

or related field.

5-8 years of post-graduate experience

in architectural practice with a focus on construction detailing and technical delivery. Proven expertise in

Revit

, AutoCAD, and other architectural drafting software. Strong understanding of

construction methods, materials, and regulations

. Excellent

problem-solving skills

and attention to detail. Ability to manage

multiple projects and deadlines

effectively. Strong

communication and coordination skills

with both design and site teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Registration or on track for architectural licensure. Experience in

commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments

. Familiarity with

BIM workflows

and project collaboration tools. Knowledge of

local planning and building codes
