with a background in software or technology sales. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to deal closure -- and for building strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound efforts and marketing-generated inquiries
Understand client needs and align our software solutions to solve business challenges
Deliver compelling demos and presentations to stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
Manage pipeline and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to support the sales process
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals in line with company targets
Maintain a deep understanding of the product, market, and competitive landscape
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Requirements:
2-5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within a software or tech company
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals with mid-market or enterprise clients
Strong understanding of technology and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CRM tools and modern sales engagement platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
