Job Posting - Tech Pack Specialist (RTW & Fabric Knowledge)
We are looking for a Tech Pack Specialist to join our fashion team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW), excellent understanding of fabrics, and the ability to create accurate and detailed technical packs for production.
Key Responsibilities:
Create complete and precise tech packs for all RTW designs
Prepare detailed measurements, construction notes, trims, and fabric specifications
Coordinate with pattern makers, designers, and production teams
Ensure accuracy in grading, fit, and garment construction
Maintain clear communication with factories and suppliers
Requirements:
Proven experience in RTW fashion production
Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, or other design software
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills
