Position:Tech Lead NetApp Administrator

As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a: Tech Lead NetApp Administrator - Casablanca

A NetApp technical administrator is responsible for delivering proactive- and preventive support on NetApp systems. The role requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings for NetApp managed Services and the NetApp portfolio(Products, Solutions & Services). You work closely with the Arrow technical Support team and our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a passion for IT-services and technologies and the ambition to grow. Responsibilities: Continuity NetApp systems installed at our customers premises and / or Cloud Reporting activities on a monthly basis to our customers Acting on system alerts and/or customer requests Act as the technical contact person / advisor for our customers. Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering and support and NetApp support center to provide a high-quality customer experience Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technology trends and the NetApp Roadmap to our strong customer experience. As a Technical Lead you will mentor, coordinate and review work of other team members and report into the Managed Services Delivery manager for NetApp

What we need: Education in ICT At least 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities, with a focus on data storage or managed services Proven Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of NetApp's storage solutions and services(on-prem and Cloud), including data storage and data management solutions or willing to learn thru internal education / learning on the job. Having Valid NetApp Certifications(like NCDA, NCIE-SAN, NCSE and/or NCSE-SO) is preferred Advanced knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred Knowledge of ITIL / AGILE is nice to have for future growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers. Ability to work independently and in an international team environment. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Excellent proficiency in French and English is a must
