Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a robust and scalable mobile app and web application, selecting appropriate technologies based on extensive experience and product requirements
• Design, implement, and maintain APIs for integration with third-party platforms such as Oracle Aconex Construction Project Management Software, Primevera P6, and Asta Powerproject
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, develop roadmaps, and prioritise features
• Drive the development of the product to an initial Minimum Viable Product (MVP) stage, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
• Establish and maintain best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and inclusion
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring that our solutions remain competitive and cutting-edge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in software development, with a focus on construction industry solutions preferred
• Strong expertise in Agile, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, and SDLC
• Proficiency in cloud architecture, remote teams, and product development
• Familiarity with Power BI Dashboards and asset management systems
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills
• Experience in client-facing tasks and effective communication with clients and stakeholders
• Previous experience as a CTO or Tech Lead in a startup environment is highly preferred
• Industry-specific experience or certifications (such as LEED, PMP, etc.) are a plus
