We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead with expertise in database technologies, business analysis, and proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python. The Tech Lead will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, designing database solutions, leading development projects, and ensuring successful execution. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and database designs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Technical Leadership:
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and programming languages. Programming Languages:
Utilize programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python for application development and integration as needed.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Perform code reviews and mentor team members. Project Management:
Lead project planning, execution, and delivery from a business analysis and technical perspective.
Work closely with product managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure project timelines and milestones are met. Database Management:
Design and optimize database schemas based on business requirements.
Implement data storage, retrieval, and management solutions.

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master\'s preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Tech Lead with expertise in database technologies.
Strong knowledge of database technologies, including SQL Server or other relational databases.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
