We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Head (Software Lead) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software development process and leading a team of talented engineers to deliver high-quality, impactful software solutions. Responsibilities: . Provide technical leadership and direction for the software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, etc.) to define technical requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. . Design, develop, and implement complex software features and functionalities. . Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering their technical growth and development. . Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. . Stay current with the latest software development technologies and trends. . Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance development efficiency and quality. . Estimate project timelines and resources effectively. . Manage project risks and dependencies proactively. . Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical. Qualifications: . Minimum 10-12 years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record of leading and mentoring teams. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). . Experience with various programming languages and technologies (familiarity with at least one of the following is preferred): Front-End: JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3 Back-End: Python, Java, C#, Node.js, PHP Mobile Development: Java (Kotlin for Android), Swift (for iOS) . Data Science/Machine Learning: Python (R and Scala are also considered a plus) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. . Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. . Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. . Passion for building high-quality, maintainable, and scalable software. Bonus Points: .
