Tech Head We are looking for an experienced technical head to join our team. As the technical head, you will oversee the company\xe2\x80\x99s technical team and all projects they undertake, from API development, FE development, mobile app development to dev-ops. You should be able to work with the team and inspire them to reach their goals. Responsibilities : \xef\x81\xacTake up the responsibility of all the tech projects within the company. \xef\x81\xacArchitecting technical features as per the requirements from the product \xef\x81\xacDevelop the IT strategy in line with organizational priorities to boost operational efficiency \xef\x81\xacElevate the IT function to a key strategic role, providing adaptive systems for technological advancements \xef\x81\xacCollaborate with senior management to deploy IT infrastructure supporting evolving business needs \xef\x81\xacConsolidate the annual IT budget in alignment with organizational plans \xef\x81\xacEnsure timely and aligned application development and ERP/CRM system implementations \xef\x81\xacLead the design, implementation, and maintenance of new IT systems \xef\x81\xacContinuously improve internal IT procedures for technological changes \xef\x81\xacImplementing the best practices and coding standards for all projects. \xef\x81\xacReporting for all the weekly tasks in the form of accurate and detailed reports. \xef\x81\xacOversee software testing, especially automated tests \xef\x81\xacWorking on identifying the project risk and planning mitigation action with the PM at the project level. \xef\x81\xacShould be proactive while reacting to the Severity 1 issues and be available to rectify them. \xef\x81\xacPerform root cause analysis of all critical errors and document prevention steps \xef\x81\xac Should also work on constantly increasing the productivity of the team and reducing operational inefficiencies. \xef\x81\xacTech head should inspire all the other team members, a head who is looked upon by all the members. • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in a similar role in the past would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ideally this would be a Bangalore based role thereby you should be able to relocate to Bangalore if required.
• Should have a good eye for UI/UX
• Have the following tech skills:

I.ASP.NET Core or other BE MVC Frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, etc. II.SQL and NoSQL databases III.Experience with Javascript frameworks like Angular 8, React, Vue, etc IV.Experience with AWS cloud architecture is a must.
