Mandatory skills: Strong domain Knowledge in Cash Management and Payments
Mandatory experience with UAE Banks
Proven leadership in large transformation/Delivery Programs
PMP /Prince 2 certification preferred
Lead end-to-end delivery of Cash and Payments Projects within the Bank
Manage Project planning, execution, risk and stakeholder communication
Coordinate with business, IT, Operations and vendors, Ensure compliance with UAE Banking regulations and internal governance, Track milestones, budgets, timelines and report to Senior management
