As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit. You'll be working on the front line--preparing delicious meals, serving customers with a smile, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Your positive attitude and efficiency will help keep operations running smoothly, especially during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Provide knowledgeable assistance with menu items and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally

Food Preparation

Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to company standards Ensure all food served meets safety and quality guidelines Maintain stock levels and restock stations as needed

Operational Duties

Operate cash registers and handle transactions responsibly Follow safety, hygiene, and cleanliness protocols at all times Support team members to ensure efficient workflow Assist with opening or closing procedures when required

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years experience

in a fast-food restaurant (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure Strong team player with a positive attitude Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (training provided if needed)
