We are a reputable company in Dubai serving since 2013 with vast clients all around Dubai. We provide services of cleaning per hour, deep cleaning and furniture cleaning. Currently we have almost 150+ cleaners and 15+ drivers. We are looking for team supervisor who has very close past experience in managing the team of cleaners in terms of training, attendance, grooming. Also, a very similar experience in managing drivers in terms of daily jobs assigned, collaboration between drivers, keeping the bus in good condition, and advising on best routes. The team supervisor will be responsible for all buses as well in terms of registration, insurance, renewals, he will also handle all maintenance requirements of all buses. The team supervisor will also be responsible for all customers complaints that is due to poor service, lateness of arrival to job, and over all behaviour of cleaners and drivers, correct and retrain when required. In addition to all the above the team supervisor must have a high knowledge of chemicals used for cleaning, machines used and must demonstrate a very high knowledge of deep cleaning procedures.
