You will lead a high-performing, customer-centric team to deliver outstanding results across all product categories, ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's heritage, creativity, and commitment to modern British luxury.
In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with the Store Director to drive commercial performance, elevate team capabilities, and cultivate a culture of excellence and inclusivity. You will act as a Burberry Ambassador, embodying our values and setting the standard for service, style, and innovation in one of the brand's most iconic global locations.
