Job Summary:

The Leisure Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the leisure travel consultants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality travel services to clients. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, managing client itineraries, handling escalations, mentoring the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized travel planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the leisure travel consultants in handling end-to-end travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, sightseeing, insurance, etc.) Review and approve itineraries, quotations, and bookings prepared by the team Monitor individual and team performance to meet sales targets and service standards Resolve escalated customer queries and complaints effectively and promptly Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the team to improve product knowledge and service quality Conduct regular team meetings and briefings on new products, offers, and policies Assist in planning and implementing new leisure packages or promotional campaigns Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and compliance standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in leisure travel operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, and travel products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) and travel CRM systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude Job Location-Dubai,Business Bay

Preferred Skills:

Experience in luxury/leisure outbound travel Fluency in multiple languages (optional) Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
