We are urgently seeking a motivated and result-driven Team Leader to join our Insurance Team.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience in Submission, Resubmission, Reconciliation and Knowledge in preapprovals
- Good Knowledge in HIS
- Should be able to work closely with Insurance manager, Doctors, RCM Team, other Front Desk Staff and Nurses
- Should be good in COLLECTION of payments from Insurance Companies
- Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and internal departments for smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., DHA or relevant insurance authorities)
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
- Support management in achieving overall departmental and organizational goals
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong medical background to handle Submission, Resubmission, Reconciliation and preapprovals efficiently
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Good decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure to achieve target
Proficiency in MS Office and insurance-related software/portals
Customer-focused with ability to handle escalations effectively
Good personality
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Medical and Accounting Background
CPC Certification
Atleast 5 years' experience in a similar role is mandatory with atleast 1 year in a supervisory / lead role.
Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes, coding (ICD-10, CPT), claims management, and healthcare authority regulations (DHA, DOH/HAAD, MOH)
Experience in dealing with TPAs, insurance providers, and regulatory bodies.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
