Team Leader/head Of Multidisciplinary Team
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our multidisciplinary team working with children with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams within a school, therapy center, or similar setting, and a deep understanding of current trends and best practices in special education and child development. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality program delivery, and collaborating closely with families, therapists, and educators to develop and implement individualized support plans. The candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and be committed to providing guidance and training to team members to maintain consistency and excellence in care and instruction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in psychology, or special education
-Educational qualifications and proven hands-on experience must be in relevant fields such as Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
