About The Role
Carries out delegated back of house cleaning and sanitation duties and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in covered areas at all times.

About The Role
Carries out delegated back of house cleaning and sanitation duties and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation in covered areas at all times.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervises the functions of all stewards as per assigned shift.
- Schedules preventive maintenance work and coordinates with engineering.
- Checks the buffet set-up, and kitchen mise-en-place and ensures the required preparations are up to the prescribed standards.
- Performs twice weekly cleaning supplies and chemical inventory.
- Ensures that dishwashing, pot washing and glass washing machines are properly maintained and performing up to the required standards.
- 1-3 years in similar position in a five-star hotel.

- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Willing to take personal responsibility for own performance.
