AVL Maroc SARL AU offers a job in Morocco (MA) as Team Leader - Software Model Based Design

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader for Software Model Based Design to join our dynamic team. As the Team Leader, you will take the helm in guiding a team of skilled engineers dedicated to advancing our Model Based Design initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the successful execution of MBD projects, ensuring seamless integration into our development process. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, allowing the team to excel in delivering high-quality software solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Lead the SW MBD team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support. . Ensure the successful execution and completion of projects assigned to the team. . Guide the daily work of the technical project team members to meet the project planning and respect AVL / Client process. . Support team members with the needed ressources to meet the project quality. . Provide technical support, as required, to the team. . Manage team workload. . Be attentive to the challenges, proposals and initiatives of team members. . Manage team members career. . Define the staffing roadmap according to client need. . Develop the skills of team members. . Perform annual appraisals, recruitment interviews, trainings. . Work in collaboration with HR, Administration, Finance, Quality and IT teams. . Foster a creative and collaborative work environment. . Lead new initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE:

. Engineering degree in embedded systems or equivalent. . Minimum 2 years engineering experience in SW MBD field. . Passionate about leadership and software dev & testing. . Intercultural competence. . Profound knowledge in software dev & testing process. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Emotional intelligence and conflict management skill. . Strong project management and organizational abilities. . Clear vision and roadmap for software team.
