Team Leader - Sales

to lead and inspire our sales team, drive performance, and help us achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor daily performance and provide regular coaching and support. Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics. Evaluate team and individual performance and implement improvement strategies. Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and action plans. Ensure high standards of customer service and relationship management. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong track record of target achievement and team performance management. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using CRM and sales reporting tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Immigration or service industry experience is a plus.
