Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to lead our Credit Card Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership: Lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and increase sales revenue.

3. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop Sales Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

4. Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address underperformance.

5. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.

6. Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit card products and services to provide expert guidance to Sales Representatives and customers.

7. Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the financial services industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of credit card products and services, as well as regulatory requirements and industry trends.
