Job Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in sales, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational abilities.
