Responsibilities






Supervise and guide a team of sales representatives to meet individual and group sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity. Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge. Monitor daily sales activities, track KPIs, and generate performance reports. Resolve client issues escalated by team members and ensure customer satisfaction. Motivate team members through incentives, recognition, and team-building activities. Collaborate with the sales manager to set goals, strategies, and campaigns. Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and sales procedures. Identify market trends and share insights with leadership for better sales planning.

Job Profile






Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and motivational abilities.
