Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Reservations Manager on operational planning
• Assist in onboarding and training new reservation agents
• Coach and support existing team members to enhance performance and confidence
• Monitor workload distribution and support peak demand periods effectively
• Promote a guest-focused culture that reflects luxury hospitality standards

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service within a luxury hotel or resort
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reservation processes
