Job Title: Team Leader - QA Warehouse Division: QUALITY Country: UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Work Location: UAE (RAK head office) Job Type: Team Leader Employment Type: Full Time Employment (Limited Contract) : Purpose: The role holder will be responsible to adhere with the cGMP principles and maintain them in an effective manner. Responsible for Responsible to ensure the compliance of all the Warehouses (Raw Material, Packaging Material & Finished Product). Responsible to ensure compliance of shipping activities. Key responsibilities & Accountability: \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to supervise the process of compliance of the finished Products from receiving till Shipment as per approved procedure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to ensure the compliance of the Raw / Packaging materials receiving and storage as per approved procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to ensure the compliance of the system and procedure related to Shipping and release for the shipment \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to review requirements of finished product transfer from one consignee to another consignee \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to review the documents/Data logger Temperature reports of shipments in case of excursions \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to initiate and execute the deviations if any non-conformance / discrepancies found, assign CAPAs \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle the change controls for any change regarding all warehouses \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to receive and check the status of gate pass for shipping \xe2\x80\xa2 To adhere with the CGMP/ GSP principles and to maintain them in an effective manner through all RM, PM and FP stores \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to handle Rejected, obsolete, blocked and expired materials and finished products in all the Julphar Warehouses \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to always ensure the compliance and adherence of all the WH QA staff to the approved procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 review of material receiving procedures and review the fulfillment of receiving reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assuring that all RM, PM and FP are being stored and shipped in suitable environmental conditions that are meeting their storage requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Reviewing all logbooks and assuring warehouse staff are following good documentation practice \xe2\x80\xa2 Review training records for warehouse staff and assuring they received proper training before handling their assigned tasks \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiating inspections through all warehouses as part of continuous improvement process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible To perform QMS actions related to warehouses. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to prepare and check all the relevant SOP\xe2\x80\x99s whenever required Qualifications: - Education \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years bachelor/master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in pharmacy or science - Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 8-10 Years of Experience in warehouses pharmaceutical industry sector. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Computer knowledge and knowledge of QMS systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent command of English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good Knowledge and command on cGMP and Warehouse operations - Training: Key Competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Result oriented,responsible in approach, strong sense of accountability and ownership for self and team \xe2\x80\xa2 High on process compliance with strong attention to detailes, problem solving and implementation skills, excellent command of english \xe2\x80\xa2 Leadership Capability, team buliding and People Management \xe2\x80\xa2 High on communication and collaborations, ability to manage stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, strong aptitude, and master of technical knowledge \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivated, organized, and strong in time and task management. \xe2\x80\xa2 In terms of competency, you are highly result oriented with a strong sense of accountability & ownership. \xe2\x80\xa2 High on compliance and implementation skills with strong attention to details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to manage tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills required.
