Job Overview
As a Team Leader in the Palace Lounge, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure team coordination, and uphold Jumeirah's service standards. You will also handle guest satisfaction, assist with administrative duties, and guide a multicultural team toward delivering five-star experiences to UAE-based and international clientele.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Palace Lounge\'s daily functions, ensuring smooth service across shifts
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team members are informed of updates and guest expectations
• Monitor team performance, conduct quality checks, and maintain service standards
• Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records, prepare shift reports, and perform routine service audits
• Foster a guest-focused environment and lead by example with professionalism and hospitality excellence

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property
• UAE work experience preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in English; Russian or another European language is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
