We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Team Leader -Immigration industry experience is mandatory - 1 YEAR
fluent in Malayalam & English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the immigration sector, with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide and motivate a sales team toward achieving targets.Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of immigration consultants/sales staff Set targets, monitor performance, and provide training/coaching Handle escalated client queries and ensure customer satisfaction Report team performance to management
Team Leader -Immigration industry experience is mandatory - 1 YEAR
Requirements:
Fluency in Malayalam
(mandatory) Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the immigration industry Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Looking for a Long Term max 2 years.Team Leader -Immigration industry experience is mandatory - 1 YEAR
Monday to Saturday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
