3. JOB PURPOSE: Manage, plan and supervises maintenance, testing and installation of a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrument equipment systems for the assigned Plant Area, ensuring technical and operational safety, integrity and reliability of assets and to minimize down time of the facilities. Responsibilities includes monitoring of work execution, to ensure conformity to statutory and company regulations. Adopting practices commensurate with HSE manual, participating in shutdown, maintenance planning and in the expansions/modifications of facilities. Ensuring all documentation is completed including but not limited to capturing the data in One ERP. Provides support services on system integration and administration to enhance the utilization and performance of the maintenance management system related to Maintenance. 4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Specific Accountabilities

Management Activities: Develop and manage the implementation of realistic operational plans for the assigned area in line with the department's objectives. Plan and execute jobs in such a way to minimize all re-work Manage and supervise activities of all personnel and resources of the work area to achieve department's objectives in an efficient manner. Develop knowledge and competencies in the team and support the establishment of "Personal Development Plans" (PDP), in coordination with Corporate HR to continuously develop employees with emphasis on Nationals to meet Emiratization target. Maintenance Management: Supervise in the preparation of predictive, preventive, modification, loading and other major activities, using equipment past performance and manufacturers data and supervises the execution of such programs in system in coordination with Engineering & Maintenance team in head office. Lead meetings to address cross-functional issues and processes that need to be resolved. Ensure work orders are completed, CNF and TECO in One ERP on time. Coordinate with Maintenance Excellence team to provide inputs for One week, six weeks and 3 months look ahead plans for Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and HSECES work orders. Ensure to provide feedback to Maintenance Excellence team on Work Order Compliance, Work order backlog and Material cost reports in a timely fashion. Carry out complex faultfinding, diagnosis and repair of equipment master data. Participate with Operations Team, in the planning, coordination and recommendation of long and short term production and maintenance program. Prepare long term maintenance strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines, in conjunction with other stake holders in the company. Provide maintenance and technical support with Engineering and Project Management services for minor projects and MOC work in coordination with Central Maintenance Teams. Lead short term and long term maintenance planning. Ensure safe and timely completion of maintenance activities and shutdowns by coordinating and managing maintenance planning, preparation and execution of activities. Participation in Root Cause Failure Analysis. Participate in any Incident Investigation and assigned by the management. Provide guidance and advice on actions to be taken on chronic problems, and reviews requirement for system enhancement. Supervise troubleshooting of chronic failures and implements repair and test procedures. Ensures that all maintenance services are provided safely and efficiently in accordance with internationally recognized engineering standard and are logged in system. Supervise activities of craftsmen in the assigned area with operations personnel and arranges shutdowns documents and necessary "permits to work". Deals with emergency requirements immediately, allocating craftsmen, providing technical advice and checking work at various stages along with planning engineers. Provides regular feedback to Operations Team. Liaises with other support disciplines and the workshop to co-ordinate multi-discipline work and shop requirements. Requirements for Materials and Contracts: Reviews annual requirements for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation materials, spare parts and equipment in SAP, advises on stock levels and material descriptions, and provides suggestion for alternatives with other equipment in different company locations. Coordinate with P & S department to assist in purchase requisitions, contract scopes, bid evaluation and inspection of expensive/critical items. Follows up on the work of maintenance and provides support to Contract administrators over system work execution. Includes reviewing contractor's regular reports, assessing their performance and providing advice as necessary. Assist to clears contractor's invoices for payment as per procedure. Generic Accountabilities Supervision Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet Cross-functional objectives. Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives. Emphasize resources and efforts to train young nationals. Budgets Provide input for preparation of the Department budgets (OPEX and CAPEX) and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives. Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures Implement approved Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and International standards. Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations. Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate Policies, Legal and legislative regulations Supervise the implementation of appropriate section's policies, processes, systems. Standards, procedures and HSE requirements. Review and suggest improvement in Standard Operating Procedures" (SOP) related to assigned area. Performance Management Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section in line with the Company Performance framework. Continuous monitoring of Company's KPIs related to assigned area and ensure meeting the targets. Develop, implement and monitor performance objectives in the assigned area. Ensure delivery of these objectives and promote a performance driven culture. Implement company's Performance Management System for individuals within assigned area, as per Company's defined guidelines. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes. Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability Ensure compliance with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices 6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Minimum Qualification B.Sc. in Engineering in any discipline or equivalent. Minimum Experience & Knowledge: 10 years' experience in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, maintaining and repair of equipment in an oil / gas / petrochemical. One ERP experience will be considered an asset.
