Provide guidance for the team with technical architecture as needed
Discuss the detailed project scope.
Decide the technological requirements to best fit in the scope.
Split the task based on the modular approach.
Customer Support.
Provide hardware and Software support for customers.
Advise the customer of any enhancements.
Vendor coordination on Hardware/Software Replacement/Support
Additional solutions or recommendations for enhancement.
Provide training if required for the customers.
Perform testing along with the customer on and off-site locations.
Implementation of new System
Assign engineers for implementations.
Provide inputs for design.
Prepare the Scope of Works for implementation.
Conduct site surveys and meetings with customers.
Implement new Systems by Customers.
Provide training for customers.
Verify and Validate Spare management.
Verify the spare availability for hardware support.
Ensure the spare stock is updated.
Vendor coordination and logistics support for Warranty Claims
Recommend buying spares or getting vendor coverage.
Ensure the correct parts are procured for Spare.
Test the Spares components.
Infrastructure Management and support
Design and implement active network.
Support on any hardware and software related issues.
Recommend enhancements for infrastructure.
Train staff and colleagues.
Mentor the project team with client communication, interpersonal communication, technical practices, etc.
Analyze the project status reports from weekly stand-ups.
Conduct sessions with customers on the project status.
Ensure the team is synced as all are working on different modules.
Ensure that the code reusability will be adopted during the progress of the project.
Manage Resources
Determine and assess the need for additional staff.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
