Team Leader, Income Audit

About the role As a Team Leader, Income Audit, you will ensure the completeness and accuracy of income from all sources (front office, F&B outlets, retail, marine & waterpark, etc) on a daily basis. Assist the Manager, Income Audit to ensure all forms of adjustments including rebates, voids, allowances and complimentary are appropriately supported and approved in a timely manner. Assist with analyzing trends and identifying and investigating unusual transactions. You will have the opportunity to interact and build relationships with different departments within the resort. About you Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within an Income Audit department, within the hospitality sector. You must have strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively and interact with colleagues at all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills and managing demanding deadlines is essential to be successful in this role. Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management with focus on Finance or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Similar experience required
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to details
• Good command of spoken and written English
• The position requires managing demanding deadlines
• Excellent research skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think creatively and interact at all levels of the organization
• Extensive experience working in Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills
