Position Overview
The Team Leader - Front Services role at Atlantis The Royal Dubai is a guest-facing supervisory position within a high-profile luxury resort environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Front Services operations including Front Door, Bell Services, and Transportation
  • Maintain a highly visible front-of-house presence to support teams and engage with guests
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure in a luxury resort setting
  • Assist the Assistant Manager and Manager in running daily operations smoothly
  • Train, coach, and update colleagues on service standards, procedures, and technical skills
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and customer satisfaction standards
  • Coordinate and oversee third-party service providers effectively
  • Handle guest inquiries and service recovery with professionalism and confidence
  • Support team motivation, engagement, and performance in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Profile
  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel or luxury resort environment
  • Alternatively, background in Front Office, Guest Relations, Club Lounge, or similar roles
  • Strong guest service mindset with leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • High level of enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism
  • Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
  • Good physical fitness level suitable for an active front-of-house role
