Job Description
The FP&A team leader t will be responsible for supporting the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting deliverables. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing insightful reports, and providing decision-making support to management. The FP&A team leader will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial planning and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance versus budget/forecast, highlighting variances and trends. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business initiatives. Provide management with actionable insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Partner with business units to understand drivers of revenue, cost, and profitability. Support preparation of presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Assist in monitoring KPIs and financial metrics. Perform the Feasibility studies for any new CAPEX requested. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all FP&A deliverables. Collaborate with accounting and other functions to improve processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). Professional certification such as CMA is an advantage. 5+ years of experience in financial planning or budgeting (preferably in a pharmaceuticals company). Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (SAP system is an advantage). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
