About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Team Leader - Food & Beverage in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Supervises workflow and sequence of service effectiveness during service and provides constant hands-on support.

Supervises closely and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Cashiering Procedures.

Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring procedures for CSI and Compliant Handling are followed.

Informs the Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints or negative feedback from guests after they first try to resolve.

Conduct performance evaluations, training, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.

Maintain a thorough working knowledge of F&B SOPs and ensure these are upheld at all times through constant observation and coaching.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Two years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment

Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications
