Job Description

: Job PurposeAccountable for establishing and ensuring execution of all necessary policies, procedures and processes required for the maintenance of the Company\'s Accounting Records, financial reporting, Inventory accounting, payments to vendors and employees and maintenance of the company\'s system of Internal Controls.Functional AccountabilitiesAccounting\xc2\xa7 Participate in the development and maintenance of integrated systems to support the accounting and reporting functions. Undertakes the related necessary tasks in respect of GL for the month and year end closing cyclesInsurance Manages all types of Insurance required for the Organization.General Ledger:\xc2\xa7 Manages the Integrity of GL Chart of Accounts Including reconciliations, monitoring corrections, etc, Manages and monitors the Fixed Asset Register.Payroll Management :\xc2\xa7 Ensures the payroll related accounting is accurate and correct GL balances are charged while processing off-cycle and regular payroll.\xc2\xa7 Directs and approves all payments made to different employees\' banks and resolving queries from employees and bankers. Supervise and approve the preparation of provisions to cover the UAE Nationals pensions and the Expatriates End of Services Benefits.
