Role Purpose

Responsible for delivery planning and coordination with the sales team, warehouse, and distribution partners to ensure efficient and well-coordinated product distribution. This role ensures compliance with customer service standards, HSE requirements, and quality policies.

Key Accountabilities

Execute daily distribution planning (routes, vehicles, helpers) as per delivery schedules prepared by the Distribution Planner. Manage vehicle utilization and load capacity to ensure cost efficiency and prevent over-servicing. Conduct briefing and debriefing sessions with the delivery team on assigned duties. Verify and hand over delivery documents to delivery teams. Monitor deliveries, address issues arising during operations, and escalate when necessary. Record and maintain daily logs of vehicles, helpers, and delivery documents (manual and electronic). Collect delivery documents and follow up on any missing paperwork. Monitor delivery teams' compliance with HSE and quality standards. Perform other operational duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Quality Responsibilities

Comply with HSE and Quality policies and procedures. Meet assigned Quality KPIs and report any non-conformities.

Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Responsibilities

Follow HSE policy and procedures; wear required PPE. Safeguard own health and safety, and that of colleagues. Report unsafe practices, unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately, and take corrective actions when possible.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

Diploma / Intermediate completed; pursuing Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience in UAE distribution, route planning, or warehousing operations with knowledge of UAE routes and delivery vehicles. Preferred: Knowledge of TMS, MS Word, and Excel. Language: Intermediate level written and spoken English, Hindi, Urdu. Willingness to learn and ability to work as part of a team. Age: Below 35 years.
