Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence across all client interactions

Track and improve the profitability and efficiency of the sales channel
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions where necessary
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to streamline support and reporting
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within banking or financial services
Strong understanding of banking products, particularly retail offerings such as credit cards and personal finance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams in a target-driven environment
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data
