JOB PURPOSETeam Leader Digital Trading Solutions manages IT operations and development teams (internal and contractors), whose focus is on the effective ETRM and Compliance digital solutions. Jobholder support development and ensure execution of activities agreed with the business to support company objectives through delivering effective digital platforms for trading businessCOMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIPSExternalVendors, ADNOCInternalTrading, Trading & Shipping Operations, Finance, Compliance, Middle OfficeFINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY (AREA & NATURE)N/ARevenuesExpenses/CostBudgetTrading operationsDirectIndirectXDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESLiaise with business stakeholders to discover, organize, and clarify business needs and analyse challenges within the teamLead communications with external vendors to find suitable solutions to address business challengesManage external service provider to ensure high quality and timely delivery of contracted servicesEnsure that company methodology and deliverables are in line with approved company standardsOptimize IT service delivery and conduct quality assurance, monitoring and analysing performance issuesCarry out any other reasonable and lawful request directed by the ManagementMaintain and ensure confidentiality at all timesRepresent the company in a positive and professional mannerAdhere to the company\xe2\x80\x99s rules, regulations, procedures and policies at all timesProvide professional expertise during recruitment, hiring, and training of new personnel as necessaryTrain and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective department objectivesMonitor individual member progress and participate in their career planningProvide input for preparation of the department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Department objectivesInvestigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost controlJOB SPECIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, BEHAVIOURS)EducationDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Science or equivalentITIL, PMI or similar certification is an advantageExperience10+ years in IT space, with 2+ experience in a similar role5+ in IT function or consultancy role in Trading environment5+ years in managing IT Vendor or System Integrator for Application Development and Management activitiesKnowledgeAdvanced of CTRM application (ASPECT is an advantage), its architecture, its key modulesPractical of energy trading business front to back (ideally crude oil and refined products)Practical of Compliance applications, for Trade and Communications surveillance processPractical in Development Lifecycle processPractical in Project Management methodologyGood knowledge of crude oil and refined product business processAbilitiesLeadershipDecision makingAnalyticalNegotiation & conflict resolutionCommunication (oral and written)CollaborationMultitaskPlanning & organizingMentoringWork under pressureMeet deadlinesProblem solvingAttention to detailsManage multiple prioritiesWORKING CONDITIONSPhysical EffortMinimalWork EnvironmentOfficeWorking scheduleAs per the company\xe2\x80\x99s policy
