We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Team Leader / Cost Controller

to join our dynamic Catering Company. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and a solid background in Food & Beverage (F&B) cost control and operations management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate cost monitoring, efficient resource allocation, and operational discipline across catering sites. You will play a vital role in controlling food and beverage costs, streamlining processes, and maintaining profitability without compromising on quality or service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and control daily food and operational costs to ensure compliance with budget targets. Supervise staff and coordinate workflow to ensure catering operations run efficiently. Conduct routine inventory checks and reconcile consumption reports. Prepare and analyze food cost variance reports, identifying areas for cost optimization. Collaborate with purchasing, production, and finance teams to align cost control measures with operational goals. Monitor portion control, wastage, and production efficiency to ensure maximum yield. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory and cost management. Support management in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews. Train and guide team members to maintain consistent quality and cost standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in

F&B cost control, catering operations, or hospitality management

. Diploma or Degree in

Hospitality, Accounting, or Business Management

preferred. Strong understanding of food production, inventory systems, and cost analysis. Excellent command of

MS Excel

and experience with ERP or POS systems. Effective leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Must be available in UAE .
