About The Role

The Team Leader, Communications is responsible for leading and managing pre-arrivals processes and the communication team to ensure the smooth operation of the One&Only One Za\'aabeel Communication Center. The Team Leader of the Communication Center will be responsible for creating Joy for Guests through anticipation, creativity, precision, empathy, warmth, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in a call center of a 5-star luxury hotel. The Team Leader Connectivity Center must excel in customer service and communication, possessing fluency in both written and spoken English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Sevenrooms, ALICE, SAGA, and MITEL systems is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate the ability to work efficiently under pressure and possess strong computer skills, including high-speed typing in a professional manner. The role requires availability for a 24/7 operation. Additional languages such as Arabic, French, Russian, Spanish, German or Mandarin.
