Job Description
for Team Lead role
Salary: 5000 AED to 6000 AED Location: Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Set clear team goals and KPIs Monitor team performance and report on metrics Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Conducting quarterly performance reviews. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
Requirements and skills Minimum 3 years of work experience as a team leader or supervisor. Minimum of 5 years of Telesales experience is mandatory. Graduation is Mandatory and MBA would be preferable. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. Team player.
